Open Client Area → Services, select your active hosting service and choose Login to Control Panel. You will be signed in to the control panel for that service.
If you have more than one service, select the service that contains the domain you want to manage. For example, choose the service that contains example.com.
If the button does not open the control panel, confirm that the service is active and contact support with the domain name and the time of the problem. Never send your password in a ticket.
